Theresa Ann Miller-Smith, 60, of Jeffersonville, IN, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY. She was born on November 3, 1960 in Gary, IN to Thomas and Judith Alexander Miller. She is preceded in death by her father, Thomas Franklin Miller.

Theresa is survived by her husband, Stephen Smith, her mother, Judith Miller of Jeffersonville; brother, Thomas Miller of Charlestown, IN and step mother, Ruth Miller.

Cremation was chosen and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
