Shirley Ann (Privette) Woolard, 83 of New Washington, IN passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at her residence. She was born on August 23, 1936 in Nash County, North Carolina, to James E. and Grace (Edwards) Privette. Shirley worked in retail most of her life.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Julian Carl (J.C.) Proctor, her second husband, James V. Woolard; by her siblings, James, Steve and Alice and son-in-law Ron Conway.

Shirley is survived by her daughters, Barbara Conway of North Bend OR. and Teresa and husband Howard Campbell of Nabb, IN; sisters, Joyce and husband, Buell Proctor and Sally Croteau; grandchildren, Ashley, Tiffany, Jessica and husband, Shane, and Jason and wife, Edna; great grandchildren, Dakota, Evan, Ben, Aja, Kolton, Karson, Kyle, Ainsley and South and her nieces and nephews, Carol, Guy, Nikki and Jamie all who will greatly miss her.

To honor Shirley's final wishes, cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Please leave the family a message or share a special memory on our website.
