Shirley (Mills) Graham

Shirley Graham, 84, of Charlestown, IN passed away on January 9, 2022, at her residence.  She was born on December 29, 1937, in Barbourville, KY to Oscar and Effie Miller Mills.  Shirley worked in the bag room for ICI Americas at the Indiana Army Ammunition Plant in Charlestown.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Oscar Mills, Jr., sisters Ruby Woolum and Chelcie Mae Stafford.

Shirley is survived by her husband W.F. Graham, Jr. of Charlestown; daughters Shelia Stettenbenz (Doug) of Charlestown, and Shawna Allen (Paul) of Crestwood, KY; grandchildren: Ryan Stettenbenz (Jennifer), Kyle Stettenbenz (Whitney), Michael Allen (Megan), and Elise Allen; great-grandchildren: Cole Stettenbenz, Nolan Stettenbenz, Tessa Stettenbenz, Kimber Stettenbenz, and Kinley Stettenbenz.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday January 14, 2022, at 2:00 PM at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial to follow in Charlestown Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Friday beginning at 11:00 AM until the time of the service.

The family would appreciate if masks could be worn.
