Obituary

Robert “Bobby” Bernard Streets 87, of Charlestown, IN.  passed away at his residence on Saturday, March 19, 2022.  He was born on May 25, 1934. Bobby retired from Ford Motor Company (KTP) after 40 years of service. Bobby enjoyed spending time with family, the outdoors, hiking, hunting, fishing, and winters in Okeechobee, FL.  Bobby attended the North Charlestown Church of God. He was a member of the Charlestown Bass Club and Ohio Valley Bow Hunters club. Bobby served with the Air National Guard and was an assistant camp ranger at Tunnel Mill Scout Camp.

Bobby is survived by his wife of 69 years Margaret Lee Streets, Son Jeff Streets, Daughter Cindy Gregory and husband Chuck, Daughter Brenda Dean and husband Steve, 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Streets, mother, Bertha Jewel Streets, brother, Floyd Streets, and Granddaughter Jennifer Springstun.

Cremation was chosen, with a graveside service to be held on Monday, March 28, 2022, at Charlestown Cemetery.
