Obituary
Mary Ann Parsons 93, of Charlestown, IN passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at BeeHive Assisted Living in Scottsburg, IN.
She was born on August 21, 1929, in Flint, Michigan to Edwin and Cecilia Muth Parsons along with her brother, Phelps Parsons preceded her in death.
Mary Ann was a member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church in New Washington, IN. She was a lifelong farmer and spent time on the farm with her special dog Starsky. Together they enjoyed raising her sheep until just a few years ago.
Mary Ann outlived her entire immediate family and was survived by her caregiver, Sharon Johnson of Charlestown.
Life Celebration services will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, April 7, 2023, at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with Bro. Ray Bowyer officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday. Burial will follow at Charlestown Cemetery.
