Martha Irene Robison

Martha Irene Robison, 80, passed Saturday morning, December 12, 2020, at her residence at University Heights Nursing and Rehab, Indianapolis, IN, from complications due to Covid-19.  She was born April 30, 1940, near New Washington, IN, the daughter of the late Icle Eugene and Laura Lea (Brisben) Robison.

Martha attended school at New Washington and lived on the farm with her parents for several years until they passed.  She then moved to Indianapolis and lived there until her health declined at which time she became a resident of University Heights. 

Martha loved doing genealogy and kept very accurate records of the Robison family history.  She also enjoyed playing bingo and cards and watching her favorite TV shows.

Martha is survived by her two sisters Jane Dreyer (Kenneth) of Hardy, VA and Barbara Lee (Norman) of Ridgeville, IN; her brother Robert Robison of Greenwood, IN; and special nieces Lisa Turner and Elizabeth Turner; and many other beloved nephews and nieces.  Family was very important to Martha.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents; brother Ralph Robison; brother Glen Robison; and sisters-in-law Gladys Robison and Aileen Robison.

Visitation for Martha will be held at Grayson’s Funeral Home, New Washington, IN, on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, one hour prior to the services which will start at 1:00 p.m.   Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery, New Washington, IN.
