Leslie Wills Obituary

Leslie Suzanne Wills, 79 of Jeffersonville, IN passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at Norton Hospital.

She was born on August 6, 1942, in Cincinnati, OH to Samuel A. and Martha R. Seward Snider.  Leslie was the former editor of The Legal Edge newspaper where she worked for 20 years.  She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them playing games, winning more than she lost.  She was an artist, supported The Wounded Warriors, supported all things Israel and was a member of Eastern Heights Baptist Church in Jeffersonville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ray Wills and her brother, John Snider.

Survivors include her children, Rebecca Borders (Winfred) of Jeffersonville, Beverley Powell (Bill) of Sellersburg, IN, Amy Bowman (Robert Phillip) of Lanesville, IN, Christopher Wills (Jennifer) of Marysville, IN and Bryan Wills (Dawn) of New Washington, IN; brother, Sam and Toni Snider of South Carolina; sister Jane and Dick Hunter of Cincinnati; 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

A Memorial Gathering will be on Saturday, January 8, 2022, at Eastern Heights Baptist Church in Jeffersonville from 2 pm to 6 pm.

The family respectfully ask that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to: The Wounded Worriers Project.
