Larry Allen Curry

Larry Allen Curry, 68 of New Washington, IN passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2020 at his home.

Larry was born on April 9, 1952 in Charleston, West Virginia the son of Joseph and Violet Sheets Curry. He was a Cabinet Maker with several local cabinet companies early in his working career and retired from Wal-Mart in Clarksville, IN as the produce manager. Larry  was a member of New Washington Christian Church, New Washington Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite and Shriners. He enjoyed many things in life including fishing, gardening, but when he was working with his son in his wood working shop that truly was his happy place.

Survivors include his wife, Janet King Curry; son, Michael Curry and his wife Ann of New Washington, IN; daughter, Helen Pangburn and her husband Michael of New Washington, IN; brother, Howard Curry of Kentucky; sisters, Nina McKnight of Winter Haven, FL, Patricia Tucker of Marysville, IN and Marilyn Pettry of Charlestown, IN; grandchildren, Michael Jr., Jacob, Matthew and Haley; several nieces and nephews. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, twin daughters, Tarra Marie and Amanda Gayle Curry; brothers, Bobby and Sebert Curry; sisters, Glenna Bailey, Evelyn Grubb and Shelia Curry.

Masonic services will be held at 11:00 AM with Larry's Memorial service to follow on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at the  New Washington Christian Church.
