John Edward "Breadman" Holcomb

John Edward Holcomb, "Breadman" 63, of Charlestown, IN, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, IN.

John was born on May 18, 1957 in Jeffersonville to Walter and Beulah Smith Holcomb-Ryker. He was a member of First Baptist Church and VFW Post 1427 Auxiliary. John retired from Royal Crown/Canada Dry Bottling Company, Butternut Bread Co and was a retired Jefferson County, KY School Bus Driver.

John is survived by his wife, Tona Holcomb;  sons, Michael "Paul" Holcomb, Sr. of New Albany, IN and Mark Anthony Holcomb of Charlestown;  step-children, Jessica Ann Stoner of Otisco, IN and Megan Elizabeth (Matt) Isenberg of Charlestown;  brother, Terry Lusk of Coleman, MI;  grandchildren, Tina Marie (Michael) Farney of Charlestown, Sarah Holcomb and Michael Holcomb, Jr. both of New Albany, Sutton Isenberg of Charlestown and Sicily Isenberg of Charlestown, Peyton Stoner of Otisco and Evelyn Isenberg of Charlestown; great-grandchildren, John and Kyra Farney of Charlestown.

Life Celebration Services will be at  10:00 a.m. on Saturday June 20, 2020 at Grayson Funeral Home with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday and after 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
