Eleanor Elizabeth (Bottorff) Bussey

Eleanor Elizabeth Bussey, 102 of Nabb, IN passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at Hickory Creek of Scottsburg.

Eleanor was born on March 30, 1919, in the State of Illinois the daughter of Thomas and Mary Bottorff. She worked for ICI Americas in Charlestown in the bag room for several years and was a 75-year faithful member of the Nabb Presbyterian Church. Eleanor was known for her kindness, was a great cook and baker, enjoyed gardening, canning and in her earlier years was a good seamstress.

Eleanor is survived by her children, Debbie Schill and her husband Kevin of Nabb, IN; sons, Donald Bussey of Marysville, IN, Bill Bussey of Marysville, IN Jerry Bussey and his wife Margaret of Madison, IN and Roger Bussey and his wife of Bea of Memphis, TN; sister, Esther Briggs of Texas; 7 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Forest B. Bussey.

Life Celebration Services will be held on Sunday, April 3, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. at the Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington, IN with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Saturday from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and on Sunday from 12:00 noon to 2:00 P.M.
