Charles Joseph Reinbold

Charles Joseph Reinbold, 74, of Jeffersonville, IN passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at Nortons Womens and Childrens Hospital in Louisville, KY.

He was born on July 24, 1945 to Charles and Edith Ware Reinbold in Wheeling, WV.  He is preceded in death by his parents and son William Otis Nugent (Kimberly).

Charles was a retired Teacher and Athletic Director at Charlestown High School for 38 years where he also coached boys and girls basketball, track and cross country.  He was the former state director for U.S.S.S.A. softball, member of Grace Lutheran Church in New Albany, IN, the National Education Association and the Indiana State Teachers Association.

He is survived by his wife, Karen Craig Reinbold; sons, David Anthony Reinbold of Clarksville, IN, Gregory Wayne Reinbold (Della) of Jeffersonville and Scot J. Nugent (Kelly) of Jeffersonville; grandchildren, Alena Reinbold, Nick Klein, Halea Reinbold, Devyn Reinbold, Addyson Reinbold, Melissa Hardwick, Dakotah Reinbold, Charlea Reinbold, Ashley (Stephen) Parkhill, Kayla Price, Kelsey (Dom) Smith and Clara Nugent; great grandchildren, Lanee Price, William Decker and Ace Smith.

Life Celebration Service will be at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2020 at Grayson Funeral Home with entombment at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.  Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday and after 9:00 a.m. on Monday.
