Theodore Douglas Dean

Theodore "Ted" Douglas Dean, 67 of Sellersburg, IN passed away on Thursday August 1, 2019 at Baptist Health Louisville.

He was born on June 5, 1952 in Jeffersonville, IN to Howard and Pauline Smith Dean.  He was a United States Navy Veteran and a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church in Charlestown, IN.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Laura “Kitty” Noble.

Survivors include his wife, Jerrylyn Tassin Dean; sons, Theodore "Teddy" Dean II (Ashley) of Kenner, LA, Jonathan Dean of Sellersburg, IN and Eugene "Skip" Dean (Christy) of Sellersburg, IN; stepdaughter, Shelly Marsalek (Andy) of Santa Maria, CA; brothers, Tony Dean (Terre) of Nabb, IN, Billy Dean (Barbara) of Radcliff, KY and Skip Dean (Carol) of Milford, OH; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 pm on Monday August 5, 2019 at St. Michaels Catholic Church with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery in New Washington, IN.  Visitation will be from 10 am until 12:30 pm on Monday at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown.
